Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Open Stock Data at stock.noler.com, operated by Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd.
1. Who We Are
Open Stock Data is operated by Family Chat Cloud Pte Ltd, UEN 202611437W, with a registered address at Blk 250 Bishan Street 22 #05-390 Singapore 570250.
2. Information We Collect
Open Stock Data needs no account and has no sign-in or payments. The site's own code sets no cookies and keeps no profile of you. Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- technical data such as device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, requested pages, and diagnostic logs;
- security and fraud prevention signals such as abuse reports and request activity;
- support communications you send to us by email, including data-correction requests;
- cookie and advertising information if advertising is enabled in future, as described in section 5.
3. How We Use Information
- to provide, operate, maintain, and secure Open Stock Data;
- to prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and policy violations;
- to respond to support requests, data-correction requests, and legal obligations;
- to analyze service quality, performance, and usage;
- to support advertising if it is enabled in future.
4. Legal Bases and Consent
We process information where needed to provide the service you requested, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate business interests, secure our systems, or where you have given consent.
5. Advertising and Cookies
Advertising is currently disabled. If Google AdSense is enabled in future, its advertising cookies and consent requirements will apply as described below.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
How Google uses information from sites that use its services is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where the law requires your consent to advertising cookies, we ask for it before such cookies are used. Your browser settings may also let you block or delete cookies.
YouTube discovery
The YouTube discovery feature is in development. Its public example uses saved video metadata to show thumbnails, titles, creator names and publication dates, with links to the original YouTube watch pages. The planned production feature uses YouTube API Services for public video search and metadata. API acquisition has not started. We do not request Google sign-in, OAuth access, private channel data, passwords or permission to act on your YouTube account.
YouTube thumbnail images are loaded from Google image hosts. Those requests can disclose your IP address and browser request information to Google. Opening a video sends you to YouTube, where its own cookies and privacy practices apply. See the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
For privacy questions, corrections or removal requests about the displayed metadata, contact admin@noler.com. API metadata retention, refresh and removal must be implemented before production API acquisition; the preview does not demonstrate that acquisition lifecycle.
6. Third Parties
Some functions of Open Stock Data rely on third-party providers such as hosting providers, content delivery and security providers, advertising partners, and infrastructure vendors. They may process data on our behalf or under their own policies where they act as independent providers.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share information:
- with service providers that help us operate Open Stock Data;
- with hosting, security, advertising, or compliance providers;
- if required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request;
- to enforce our terms, investigate abuse, or protect rights, property, and safety;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer.
We do not sell the contents of support messages as a data product.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and keep appropriate business records.
9. Your Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@noler.com. Some requests may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance. To opt out of personalized advertising, see section 5.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No service is perfectly secure, so you should also protect your own devices.
